1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you use the contact form: your email address, your message and, if you ask us to call you back, your phone number. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send us. We do not ask for any other personal data.
3. Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare offers and handle the orders you place with us. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.
4. How long we keep it
Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and are then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, accounting records).
5. Cookies
The site only uses cookies it needs to work: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) that remembers your chosen language until you close the browser, and polyplast_cookie_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Third-party services
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and flag images from flagcdn. The contact page shows a Google map; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. These providers receive your IP address in order to deliver their content and handle it under their own privacy policies. The site is hosted on Namecheap servers, which keep standard technical logs, and contact-form messages are delivered to a Gmail (Google) account.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to polyplastsystem.al@gmail.com. If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can also complain to Albania’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
